We support and encourage the use of solar and wind generation for individual landowners and businesses within Coffey County. However, we do not endorse industrial-scale solar and wind projects due to the potential negative impact they may have on our community's residents and environment.

Our primary purpose is to safeguard and maintain the residents, businesses, ecosystem, legacy, lifestyle, and natural character of rural Coffey County for both present and future generations. Central to our mission is the sharing of knowledge, stories, and inspiration to galvanize action within our community, uniting us in our shared goals and values.
